Q: How do I book a Villa?

A: To get started, you need to send a request, with your requirements by email. Within 24 hours, the manager will answer you for availability and possible options.

Q: Does the website shows all availability and villas?

A: On our website, you can find basic information, about description and location, full information and availability you can get by sending a request.

Q: Do you accept 8 days bookings?

A: Each villa has its own booking conditions. You can book 7, 14, 28, 56 days etc. Minimum stay is 7 days. You can book 14 days and stay only 12 days from a whole period, but payment will be required for 14 days.

Q: When do I have to make full payment?

A: In order to secure your booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total booking cost upon the booking. The full amount should be paid 4 weeks before arrival. All bookings that made within 4 weeks before arrival, then full payment is required at the time of booking.

Q: How could I cancel my booking?

A: All cancelation with reasons you must send by email. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which we receive your written notification.

Q: How can we book extra services?

A: You can find a list of extra services that we provide on our website.  You can book extra services before your arrival, or during your stay through an assistant.
